Laser-Sharp Focus-Poor motivation
Poor mootivation means lack of energy and enthusiasm for the task you are supposed to focus on. Mainly, you're struggle with " I can't be bothered to do that, or I don't like ti, I hate it, what's the points of doing this, this is stupid", or may be even doing the actual job while still muttering those things under you breath or out loud.
On the surface, you may procrastinate and get easily distracted by all sorts of more interesting things.
